Once you have arrived at your city of choice in Europe, the city's train system and taxis are the best way to get around the city.  If you are planning on traveling to other countries or cities in of Europe, you will probably want to hire a rental car.  You can either rent a car at the International Airport in which you have arrived in Europe, or take a taxi into the city center, and rent a car at one of the many rental car offices throughout all major cities in Europe.
