What are Jetsetz Net Rate Hotels?
Jetsetz Net Rate Hotels are hotels for which we’ve negotiated special rates for the dates you’ve requested. Look for the Jetsetz Discounted Rate above the average per-night price shown in the hotel search results and save up to 50% off regular rates.
How do I book a hotel room for someone else?
If you are booking a hotel room for yourself and another traveler, you can add their Name and Traveler Information in the Traveler Information Section of the Check-out page. If you are the primary credit card holder, enter your name and Traveler Information as Traveler 1. You can then add the name and Traveler Information for the remaining Travelers that you are booking the additional Hotel Rooms for. The Traveler Information Section is also where you can make your Smoking Preferences and add your Hotel Rewards account information.
How do I know if my hotel booking has been completed?
As soon as the booking process is complete, we will send an email to the address entered during check-out to confirm your hotel booking. You can confirm your Itinerary online by following these steps:

Are all prices in US Dollars?
All prices on Jetsetz.com are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD), unless specifically stated otherwise. International rental car prices are listed in the local currency.
Can I pay for the hotel room with a debit card?
For most hotel bookings, you can pay with a debit card. When booking your reservation with a debit card, please make sure you have sufficient daily spending limits so your credit card company/bank will not block your account. Call the bank ahead of time if you're making a large payment on your card. This may protect you from a security block being placed on your account.
Please note: Debit cards have a stricter fraud screening process which can cause delays in confirmation. If for any reason your card is declined, you will be notified via email. Please be advised that you will be responsible for contacting your bank to clear up any problems associated with your Debit Card.
Do you accept Canadian credit/debit cards?
Yes, we do accept Canadian credit/debit cards for payment. The amount in US Dollars (USD) will be converted to Canadian Dollars and these amounts are what will appear on your billing statements. Since the currency exchange rate is based upon your credit card company’s conversion rate at the time your charge is processed, your final amount may vary.
Do you accept non US/Canadian credit cards?
Jetsetz.com is unable to accept credit cards issued outside of the US or Canada as payment towards your hotel.
Why was my credit card declined?
There are many reasons why a card may be declined. Some problems include: insufficient funds, low daily spending limit, billing address verification failure, and internet fraud screening. You will be notified by email if your card is declined and you will have to contact the credit card company to clear up the problem. Once the problem is resolved, you can go back to the website to purchase your hotel, or call our Help desk at 855-538-7389 between the hours of 8 am & 6 pm PST (Pacific Standard Time) and we can handle the hotel booking for you.
Why are there different charges on my credit card?
You will see separate charges on your credit/debit card for accounting reasons. In most cases it has to do with more than 1 travel supplier providing a service for you or a service fee that is charged separately. However, when all amounts are added up they will add to the final amount you agreed to pay online. If the amounts do not add up to the final amount that you agreed to pay online, please call our Help desk at 855-538-7389 between the hours of 8 am & 6 pm PST (Pacific Standard Time) and we can resolve the problem for you.
What if I have not received my confirmation email with my booking reference code?
Once you have completed the online request, you will instantaneously receive an email acknowledging your hotel reservation which will include a Booking Reference Code. If you don’t receive this email, you may have entered your email address incorrectly or your email server has routed the email to a spam/junk folder. Some of the large ISP’s such as AOL, GMAIL, EARTHLINK, YAHOO, and HOTMAIL have a problem with this. If you have not received an email from us confirming your reservation, please call our Help desk at 855-538-7389 between the hours of 8 am & 6 pm PST (Pacific Standard Time) and we will solve the problem for you.
Does my credit card guarantee my hotel reservation?
Yes, your hotel reservation is held until the date you check in, whether or not your card is charged. Please see the specific rules and regulations for the hotel you are booking.
Will you authorize my credit card for a hotel booking?
As part of the request process, we authorize your card in order to verify that the card will accept the full amount of the charge. Authorizations will automatically drop off soon after the charges are processed and in most cases are removed within 3 to at most 7 days.
In addition, the hotel may also place an authorization on the card you present upon check-in to cover incidentals that may occur during your stay. The amount of the authorization varies by hotel, but in some cases can be as much as $200 per night. For more information on hotel authorizations, we suggest you contact the hotel directly.
Please note: A credit card authorization is not a charge, so it will not appear on your monthly statement. Your card will only be charged once, if and when we successfully book your reservation. If you feel you have been authorized in error, please contact us at your earliest convenience.
When will I be charged for my hotel reservation?
You are charged at the time of booking for all Jetsetz hotels. Please note that Jetsetz will not charge you any change or cancellation fees, but you will be responsible for any fees and/or penalty the hotel may charge. Please be sure to review the rules and restrictions for the selected hotel.
What documents will I receive that confirms my hotel reservation?
We will send you a confirmation email as soon as you complete your hotel booking. If you have not received your hotel confirmation, check your junk mail or spam folders. You can also confirm your Hotel reservation on the Jetsetz site via the "My Itineraries" link at the top right corner of every page.

Go to the Jetsetz homepage, and click on "My Itineraries". Your receipt and full itinerary will be right there for you to print and will include the name and address of the hotel and a complete breakdown of your charges.
