   Trinidad & Tobago Travel Information

Trinidad and Tobago are islands located between the Caribbean and the Atlantic ocean, slightly northwest of Venezuela. Trinidad and Tobago are a fascinating pair of islands with a melting pot of Indian, Asian, English, Middle Eastern and African cultures, giving a unique experience for visitors coming to the islands. Trinidad is the more cosmopolitan and busier of the two islands. It’s the birthplace of the steel drum which is evident by the many calypso and soca music bars scattered throughout the islands.  Trinidad is home to the largest Carnival celebration in the Caribbean bringing thousands of party goers from all over the world to the capital city of Port of Spain.  Tobago slightly northeast of Trinidad is the smaller, less developed, more laidback sister island, with pristine white sand beaches, rainforests and reefs boasting abundance of marine life. Scarborough is the colonial capital city located on the southern coast with a vibrant food and shopping scene. Each island offers a unique personality drenched in Creole culture, natural resources, lush landscape, luxury mega resorts, white sand beaches and blood orange flamingos.
